MERRY KIDSMAS

Help frontline kindergartens modernize their shelters.

A $500,000 holiday fundraiser to give preschoolers in the Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia regions spaces equipped to learn, play, and simply be children.

KIDS SHOULD BE KIDS

Doodling suns in the corners of the pages. Reading and acting out fairy tales. Discovering the world, understanding themselves, and learning what safety feels like. Beyond home, these things happen at preschool.

But Ukrainian children grow up to the sound of air raid alerts. Lessons get interrupted. Activities stop. And basic shelters are not spaces for development.

WHEN A SHELTER BECOMES A PLAYROOM

In frontline areas, daily life is shaped by russia's continued attacks. This year alone, air-raid alerts went off more than a thousand times, forcing children underground again and again—sometimes for hours at a time. For many preschoolers in frontline regions, these places where they must hide are the only places to learn and play.

But shelters were built for safety, not for recreation or early learning. Many lack proper furniture, equipment, and materials.

This Merry Kidsmas, gift frontline preschoolers
safe place to learn
and grow.

We can’t erase all hardships of war. But we can give kids moments that still feel like childhood.
